Blocking Task Popups

According to he Bug Tracker, there is an enhancement in Ver 6.9.6: Task popups can be blocked by end user. Sound is still heard

Where can this popup function be contolled? Is it in Setup?

I guess it only works when the task list is docked on the main form. There's a toggle button in that toolbar. This was just supposed to be a quick fix to an annoyance. A better solution will come later. It's only meant for temporary disabling, not global.
