Patients w/o Insurance query

So, I have sent my patients the "end of year" letter if they had unused insurance benefits, but what about the patients that do not have insurance? Granted, there is no financial incentive, however, it would be nice to contact them along with those that have insurance. Does anyone have a query that will search for only patients without insurance that have outstanding treatment needs?
