Tooth Note

I want to add notes for individual teeth, or clinical notes. I note some mention in previous posts about 'Tooth Note', 'Clinical Note', & 'ztoth' codes, but I cant see these anywhere in the system. Have I missed something?

These are made up procedure codes that you use to add notes to your patients chart. When I started using OD it came with Zclin and Ztoth already created for clinical note and tooth note. You can add them to your charts just liking adding any other procedure, if you make up new ones for your special needs be sure to CHECK the BOX "Do not usually bill to insurance" so that the added procedures will not mess up your daily claims submissions.
