Insurance Used Calculation

How is the "Insurance used" calculated? We are playing with the trial conversion, but this function does not seem to work. When we look at our patient accounts, it shows that there has been isurance calculations this year, but nothing in the insurance used area on the accounts or treatment plans. Is this a probem with our conversion?

Yes, I would suspect either the conversion or possibly a training issue.
