Schedule Recall button edit?

Currently when I schedule recall I click "Make/Find appointment" and then I select "create new apt" and select what I want.
Another RDH recently began using the "schedule recall" button. However when she clicks it it appoints multiple items that we do not want to schedule. For instance a patient being seen for pro/periodic exam and x-rays, when clicking the Schedule Recall button it assingns an appointment that has a blank line, with 0.00 charge, a 2 periodic exams, a comprehensive exam and a pro. Is there a way to edit this button?
