I am trying to figure out why I cannot send a PreAuth claim electronically until data fixed and don't know what to fix? I am sending a PreAuth for a Interim Partial denture for maxillary and tooth range #9--the claim columns show date/prov/code/tht(which we don't have tooth there, but shows on range)/fee/status...try to send and a box pops up saying "Cannot send claim until missing data is fixed: TempMaxFlip Prosthesis" what do I need to change?

Double click on the procedure and see if you checked that it's an initial prosthesis or if it's a replacement.
