Jordan...
I pointed out this problem to support a several months ago but never heard anything more.
I have several referral sheets with a background image that I had to resize to stretch the 3 inch x 3 inch referral slips given by specialist so I could put enough checkboxes for all the teeth etc. The sheets look fine when I view them on a monitor or email them but when I print them for offices that I still have to mail them to the text on both sides of the sheet gets chopped off. Support played with one of the sheets and tried to move the text over etc. and then exported one of the sheets to themselves which they said chopped off the margins on their printer too. I never heard any follow up. I tried the option to create a PDF file but the saved PDF file even chops off some of the text.

Re: Printing referral sheets problem
Sorry about that. I've reactivated that ticket. We actually did get it to print fine on our printer. I'm a little unclear on how close to the edge of the paper you are trying to get before it gets cut off. Different printers simply don't allow images to get too close to the edges of the paper. Are you able to print closer to the edges with any other software? A test rectangle printed from Paint, could easily show the actual printer margins.

Jordan...
You are correct I cannot print near the edge on the left side. I went into Microsoft Word using Times New Roman 12 font size and if I remove the margins and start typing the alphabet I am missing the letters "A" thru "D" with the corner of the "e" missing too...I tried printing on a HP Color LaserJet 2605dtn and an older HP LaserJet 2100 with the same results.
My referral sheet only uses 4.5" by 6.75" of the paper though...is it possible for you to adjust Open Dental Referral slips to slide the print over to the right a few characters since most of the page isn't being utilized anyways?

Re: Printing referral sheets problem
You can shift it to the right yourself. Just make your referral sheet 1/2 inch wider and move everything 1/2 inch to the right. On the screen, it should look like a white margin on the left before the beginning of your image.
