Planned appt refused by patient

Hi all,
I'm going through the Planned Tracker to clear up the months-worth of Planned Appts which have built up while we got to grips with Open Dental and I've come across appt planned but refused by the patient. How would I deal with this in OD? I can see the benefits of it appearing on the Planned Tracker, but if it's never gonna get scheduled would it be better to delete the planned appt?

Right. If they really do refuse it, then that isn't really the next appointment for them. Delete the planned appt, and mark them done. Then, they transition to the recall list.
