workstations cant seem to "see" any patients

I have 5 PCs in my practice, in a peer to peer networking sharing the OD database. REcently, I cannot seem to find the patients on the database, except when I'm using the server. Everything else seem to work fine - appointments, scheduling etc.

Win 7 Ultimate - all machines. OD version 11.0.12.0(foreign version)

Help appreciated. Thank you.

Are you connecting to the correct hostname(Server name), is mySQL port enabled on the server? If you're able to login on a workstation, then you're definitely connecting to a Database but which one? Are you connecting to the same DB you're connecting to on the server?
Was it working before? How do you install workstations?
Make sure you are clear on such questions and give it a try.

I realised it had nothing to do with any of the suggestions above. I got everything working again because the employees/staff were not correctly listed to the particular practice. (there are 2 different practices in our clinic).
