Automation in vers. 11.0

I had some time this am to play with the new automation triggers.

So far, I have created a telephone (Exam sheet) slip that pops up when a new pt appt is created (it gets info about the patient's status, problems, etc.
A pop-up that sees "Coumadin" in the problem list and when the patient record is opened (selected) asks, "Clinic staff - check the INR number"
A pop-up that sees "PROSTHESIS" and when the patient record is opened (selected) asks, "Remind the patient to take their pre-medication"
A pop-up that sees "Immune" and when the patient record is opened (selected) reminds, "Clinic staff: Pre-rinse with CHX"

Note that in the condition list, the text match is case-sensitive.

The manual hasn't caught up with the changes yet, but setup some test automations and play with the options.
