Dear All
In some countries, patients pay a fixed deductible amount whenever they use the insurance facility. So, if you are insured, you'd pay a fixed fee each time you visit your dentist. In OD, deductible is performed ONLY once a year when calculating the insurance, how can i deduct the amount each time?
Can i do that through the code? which form
Please hellllllllp
Regards;

For starters, I wouldn't call that a deductible. I would call that a visit co-pay. Insurance calculations are flat-out the most complicated part of the program. If I was going to start tackling it, it would be where the claim was created. That's where you finally know the procedures attached, so you can take action on the estimates of the entire group for the day. I suppose you might programmatically override the first insurance estimate. You could do that either before the regular estimates or after. Not really sure which would be best.
