Jordan - as you look to re-vamp the Broken Appointment handling, I would like you to consider an enhancement to the "Send to Unscheduled" button. In particular, I would love to have it categorized at that moment. IOW -> send to unscheduled (with a drop down or separate list for each) because: Patient has no money; Patient has moved; Patient gave no reason, etc. These categories are set up in my recall lists, but to enter them after the fact just makes more work and often times is not done (training issue).

You're talking about also building in features to support a long and messy unscheduled list. Currently, that list is supposed to be a very temporary place to stick appointments for less than a few weeks.
