New Server

We have a peer to peer network and "server" machine needs to be switched out- how do I assign another computer to be the the server machine? Do I have transfer any files? Thanks

Yes, you have to transfer files. But first, set up the new machine with our full trial version installation. That will get all the programs installed. From there, it's very much like restoring a backup. You're already doing that on a regular basis (right?!!), so it should be no problem. Once it's all set up and running, you open port 3306, share the AtoZ folder, and point all the computers to the new location. Relevant pages in our manual are:

But it sounds like you should probably call us for help as soon as you get the trial version running well on the new machine.
