Task Popup Bug

When a user logs off of Open Dental (but doesn't close the program), tasks for that user continue to pop up. This is a serious security issue. Using version 7.9.35.

Also, users always ask me why the "block popups" button doesn't work. I read in the manual that it only works for group task lists, but we send most everything to users inboxes and it's very distracting for them to keep getting popups. Could the block popups button block all tasks from popping up?

I think that's already been fixed. 7.9 is getting pretty old. The current stable version is 12.0.

The thinking is that a message to a group of users is probably not nearly as important as a message directed at on user. Your suggestion is request 2037. You've figured out how to use all 200 of your votes, right? We now have the ability to allow all 200 on one of your locations and 0 on the other, if it helps you manage them better.

OK, I looked for it in the bug tracker and on the forum, but didn't see it mentioned. Yes, I'm planning to upgrade to version 11 soon - was out on maternity leave for 3 months and still getting caught up on things.

I upgraded to version 11.0.49 and this bug is still present. Do you know which release this may have been fixed in? I don't plan to move to version 12 due to the need for the certified EHR version.
