Recall
Re: RECALL
In the lower left of the recall List screen, there is an 'Undo' button.
You will have to enter the date that you printed the postcards and by clicking OK, all those patients will show up on the list. If you figure out where in the list the postcards printed to, you can use a CommLog to indicate you've already contacted that patient and then generate postcards for the remainder of the patients.
If you get stuck or would like a second set of eyes, give us a call and we'll walk you through it.

Re: RECALL
You can run a quick OD backup before you do your recalls from within the Manage module that doesn't include the OD Images - so it goes faster- and then run your process. If you run out of ink of something, just restore your database and do it all over again. Of course, make sure you have plenty of INK before running your recalls so you don't run into this situation too often
