Statement going out under dependent not guarantor...?

The guarantor is set up as a non patient. The statement that went out was addressed to the 16yr old dependent. Should this happen? Thank you!

The statement should address to the Guarantor.
Is is possible that the statement was marked Single Patient Only? You can check by double clicking on the Statement in the account window and checking if that box is marked or not.

Thank you so much for responding. I checked and the box that is checked is intermingle family members....?

That should still send a statement to the Guarantor. I would suggest contacting our tech support so we can troubleshoot in more detail for you.
