I can't get the Monthly Aging Report to report any balances for hygiene providers. All balances are being reported as the doctor's.
Whether I choose All Providers or just the doctor I get the same result, while choosing the hygienist gives a zero result.

Re: Aging Report for hygienists
The monthly aging report uses the primary provider for the patient. The provider selection for this report is just meant to filter down results, not attribute production or potential income to any particular provider.

Re: Aging Report for hygienists
The monthly Accounts Receivable report does filter for the hygienist, so why shouldn't the Aging report? The Account Receivable report only gives us totals by day, Can't tell which patients owe money for their hygiene visits. I have almost $10,000 in accounts receivable on my hygienists production and I can't tell who the patients are. Considering I pay her on commission I need this information.tgriswold wrote:The monthly aging report uses the primary provider for the patient. On a separate note, the mobile app does the same thing. You can only filter the primary provider (doctor), you can't filter the hygienists' schedules, even though you can choose them from the drop-down list. It's illogical and quite annoying.
