Clinic restrictions
A question about clinics and restrictrions. I've set up a test environment (Open Dental 14.1.18.0 running in Oracle Virtualbox) and have created multiple users assigned and restricted to two separate clinics. When I login as one of the restricted users, I can view the entire schedule (for both clinics). Other than defining a new schedule view, Is there a way to restrict the schedule view to only the user's assigned/restricted clinic?

In 15.2.20 and up, there was a fix labeled "When logging off and logging back on, the user could see the computer preference clinic even if they were restricted to another clinic," which should be fixed now. If this was the issue that you were encountering, then my suggestion would be to update to the latest stable version.
If this isn't what you were talking about, please let me know and we'll try to get your problem solved.
