Questionnaire on Account module

Hi

I have seen that Questionnaire at accounts module does not pulling the data already entered on V5.6.14 !!.

Any one have idea.

Firstly, please don't make posts in the developer's section unless they are related to programming. That's why I moved this topic.

Do you mean that you can't see your questionnaire, or that you want info from an old questionnaire to show up on a new questionnaire?

Hi Jordan,

My problem is,
I have saved Questionnaire information for a patient.
When I comeback and clicked Questionnaire again for the same patient, it doestnt shows the questionnaire information which I have already entered.

What I basically want is, I want to add some more information when patient is registered(These additional information can be captured from seperate window after saving a patient). The information are, some questions with Yes/No, text entries and combo box with multiple entries in it.

Is that any facility available in OD to set up this dynamically?
(Currently the Questionnaire will not help me to add a combo box with multiple entries.)

Please help me.

The source code (v5.6.12) I have was not pulling the questionnaire information of patient.
I have got solution and working fine now.

Can I have done little modification on OpenDental\Forms\FormFormPatEdit.cs.

Can I have privileges to commit the source code?
