Setting up copay in Insurance

Guys,

For patients having an insurance plan, I would like patients to pay a certain amount of fee per visit. I guess this is possible by using COPAY. I have created a procedure list and selected COPAY as the Type of Procedure List. I have also selected "PPO Percentage" as Plan Type and made the Insurance portion as 100%. However, how can I configure the system to charge the customer just the copay amount and mark the rest of the amount as the insurance portion?
