Apply part of payment to other family members?
I've noticed when entering payment in the Account module for a single patient this message pops up. Additionally, if any numbers typed after 0.00 the program accepts it as a payment then resets it to 0.00

This message pops up because the payment is larger than the amount owed by the patient. So, if you allow it, it will automatically attempt to assign the surplus to other family members. If you are seeing this message a lot, it's probably because you make patients prepay. In that case, you could just get in the habit of responding "no" to leave the patient with a credit, since that is intentional.
