Can terminal manager window have a minimize control?

For complex topics that regular users would not be interested in. For power users and database administrators.

Can terminal manager window have a minimize control?

Could the terminal manager window have a minimize control or some other more elegant way of managing it? The staff isn't quite sure what to do with the window once they've logged a patient in :?
