Resize "Enter Treatment" pane

I was developing this program for a person who does not have very good vision and would like to have a larger font size for easy reading.

I tried increasing the dpi, this increased the size of a few items and the person found it workable, but then the text in the "Entry Status" part of the "Enter Treatment" pane was overlapped (circled in pic)

Is there a way of increasing the height of this pane (shown by arrow) so that the text is not overlapped?

I would suggest a bigger monitor, but keep a lower resolution. I use a 28" monitor that costs $280. I highly recommend it.
