Just wondering if anyone is having problems with Tesia?
For the last three months my claims with 06126 (print claims) have not been making it to the insurance company. I've also had a few others that go directly to the insurance company get lost - not happy!
What other clearinghouses are offices using with better luck?
Thank you,
Lindy

Lindy - there is a thread on the dental town forum dealing with this exact issue - with a bunch of current responses. We use Emdeon with no problem at all. I believe that OD may have had a bug, but I'll let Jordan answer that for you.

Like Rick, we also have been using Emdeon for well over 2 years without a single hitch.

Also, is it the insurance company or the clearinghouse telling you the claim was lost?
Because, I swear the claim could be stapled to the insurance company claims adjustor's forehead, and they'd still insist it was 'lost in the mail'

The bug that we had was not related to Tesia. The bug was that if you were using ClaimConnect, in certain situations, batches would be delayed by one batch. In other words, if you sent a batch 2 days ago, it wouldn't actually go out. And then, if you sent a batch today, the batch from 2 days ago would go out instead of today's batch. Claims weren't lost, just delayed.
