I saw the Patientinfo.pdf example in the OD manual.
Here is my office Health History form:

How can i make the Yes/No and Comment sections editable?
Now the real test question.........
Can each response be coded in such a way that the answer is placed in the Patient's OD record?
For example: A Yes reply to Heart Murmur, places "Heart Murmur" in the Medical Summary line in the patient's Chart Module.
Any medications listed, get automatically listed as written on the Medications line in the patient's Chart Module.
Inconsequential answers (No answer for any disease, Yes to "Is your General Health Good, etc) are coded such that they aren't listed in Medical area of Chart.

Re: PDF Form Integration with OD
Looks like there's room just to the right of each yes/no for a checkbox.
We're moving in that direction, obviously. The plan is to allow direct importing to "diseases" and "medications". But one reason we're moving slowly is that we don't want to get it wrong. The other reason we're moving slowly is that it's hard to build filters to let the staff safely import.
