Is there a way to customize the contents of this feature? Where does the information come from by default? Thanks

There is no customization yet. There is a feature request for that.

What fields appear in the bubble...where does the info we see there come from? Maybe we can edit those fields with info we want to see?

Besides the obvious ones, I think it also shows medical urgent notes.
