Office hours and appointment block out

We are new and have 2 questions:

1. How do we extend our office hours to 7pm?
2. How do we adjust appointment block outs to 10 minute increments vs. 30 minute increments?

It would be easier if you just called us and we showed you. Office hours are set in the Schedule section. I'm not quite sure what you mean about the blockouts.
