Automation trigger to for deleted payments and edited proced

Jordan, I recently posted this feature request. (it's my first time so I hope it all makes sense)

Automation trigger to for deleted payments and edited procedure fee
Description
If anyone deletes a payment an email would be sent to administrator.
If anyone alters/edit a procedure fee an email would be sent to administror.
This prevents the time consuming effort at looking at audit trails for possible embezzelment.
