Are customer keys exclusively available to one developer key

This is an easy one I think but I couldn't find the information somewhere already. Developer API keys and customer API keys are paired, correct? So customer API keys that *we* create can only be used by someone with our developer API key?

Yes, customer and developer key strings are paired. At the time of customer key generation, they are associated with the developer account logged into that session of the Developer Portal.

Additionally, the customer key string itself is unique. No other developer will have a customer with the same string as your customer.

I will clarify these points in our documentation.
