Anyone try Dental Senders?

I saw an ad for a new service called Dental Senders. The program sends emails and text messages to patient to remind them about appts/recall. It can send birthday greetings and surveys too. ITS FREE!! Now, the thing is, the messages includes ads for Sonicare, Total toothpaste, etc - because they're paying for this service. Dental Senders says it's compatible with Open Dent but has anyone used it? It sounds pretty good to me and I think I'll try it. I'll let you know how it goes...

will this send reminders for pt's with "notes" on the schedule? will have to see about this one.
