My server is in need of a rebuild (according to IT). Is there a way to reinstall Open Dental if I'm no longer under the service plan? We are currently running version 5.6.37.
Is the current EXE file good enough for the reinstall?

Not for the server. For the server, use our trial version installer that is freely available on our website.

Along the left side, only check the boxes for:
MySQL
Grant Tables
my.ini
Manually copy the database and AtoZ folders. Install OpenDental.exe by using the Setup.exe that is in your AtoZ folder.
If the explanation above seems overly complex or you don't understand it, then I would suggest getting back on support.
