reports for multiple procedure codes

I'm trying to see how many prophies we've done in a month, adult and child. So I have to run a "daily procedure" report for D1110 and then another for D1120 (in box that says "only for procedure codes similar to"). Is there a way to run just one report to include both procedure codes?

Put D11 in that box.
