IAP gives an unhandled exception error every time we try to find a plan. Also, IAP assigns a specific number to each plan in it's database, and I was wondering if Opendental could search by plan number, and not by employer? If it could I wonder if that would fix the other problem.

Yes, that's the fix which has not yet been attempted. Part of the barrier is that we will have to contact IAP and get their program functional on our computers for testing again. I think this should go into the feature request system so we don't lose track of it.
