I can't remember if I asked this before.
Is it possible to copy and paste a document I have set up in letter merge to Sheets so when the document is printed from Sheets, it is saved in total so I can view what document I sent the patient?
Sheets
Re: Sheets
nooooo. in sheets you have to set up each little box for each little thing if you want the data pulled from the database. if you copy/paste a word doc/letter merge in, your variables won't be 'live' and you'll have to manually type them when you generate your Sheet, just like a plain old big text box.
once you do set up a sheet, all the info is stored in that patient's file. the next time you click on it (eg, in commlog), it will open exactly what you had printed the first time you generated it. (but i think you said you already know that sheets does that).

Re: Sheets
Well, we do have a number of static text fields which work very similarly to Word fields. In other words, your entire letter might be one big text field. At least the letter body.
