See:
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/clinics.html
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/operatories.html
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/multiplelocations.html

To have multiple clinics on one database, you would use Terminal Services or Daisychain Replication.

I do have a situation where Parents in one clinic are in-network and child is out of network in the other clinic.
Whenever I try to change child's insurance to PPO percentage it also changes it for parents. I did assign each family member their respective clinics.
I need this for proper co-pay calculations for the front desk.

What I was thinking is to put everyone on PPO Percentage then I could bill parents fee minus discount and child based on the fee.
Does this sound right? Or is there another way of doing this?

And I'm on OD 6.625
Thanks,
Steven G.

Wow, that's a new one. Why not just set up two separate insurance plans, one for the in-network, and the other for the out-of-network?

Great. I didn't know I could do that.
It seems to be working.
Thanks a lot.
Thanks,
