How to properly enter family deductible for a plan that has maximum $$$ per individual.
It says here http://www.open-dent.com/manual/benefitinfo.html to use either individual OR family box but not both.
How do you handle situations when all family plans are covered per individual maximum but have maximum family deductible?

I have edited that page to address that specific situation better.
