I have a new front girl at the office replacing my wife who worked the front. I want to allow her access to various parts of OD in order to have the practice flowing, but also limit and follow an audit trail (if there is this function).

the Security settings I have unchecked are:
1. Security Admin
2. Reports
3. Payment edit
4. All of the adjustments
5. Edit completed procedure
6. Rx create
7. Accounting Edit entry
8. Deposit Slips
9. Backup
10. Edit all timecards

Anyone care to lend me your suggestions and or experience with these?

I would allow payment edit with a limit of one day ( or zero days. I can't remember if that's allowed). I would also allow adding and editing adjustments and procedures with a one or zero day limit. If you don't do that, her hands will really be tied, and she won't get anything done.
