I vaguely remember there was a patient birthdate output field in sheet. If there was, can we have it back? Thanks.

Which sheet type? There already is one for LabelPatient. Once you figure out which sheet type you want it for, you can put it in as a request.

It was referral slip. I have a couple of referral slips that need birthdate/age. I will place a feature request. Thanks.
