It looks like the referral slips are not associated with the doctors to whom they belong. For example, try to create referral slips for two different doctors. You will see both slips appear in the "referral slips" window in "Edit referral attachment" window of either doctor. We should filter the referral slips by the doctors.

Now try to "detach" one of the referral, so we have only one doctor. Open the "edit referral attachment" again for the remaining doctor. YOu will see again both slips in "referral slips" window. Detaching the doctor won't delete the referral slips, which I think we should. Thanks.

The first question has to do with filtering. They are associated internally, but we might not have the filtering working quite right for that particular window. I don't have time to verify right now.

The second issue is pretty simple to address. Detaching a referral should definitely not delete a referral slip automatically. Maybe it would make sense to ask the user if they wanted to delete the referral slip at that point, but it's just as sensible to make the user manually delete the referral slip. So it could be a request.
