When a data conversion is done, do current patient balances get transferred?

Almost always, yes. It depends somewhat on the software you are converting from.

Actually, my frontdesk saw many credits on the accounts transferred in the trial. She figured out that anything that was treatment planned in the account (transaction screen) of MOGO had an estimated insurance adjustment and that was making OD interpret it as a credit. No problem though, we got rid of the "credits" and this should allow the real conversion to be more accurate.
