Prodedures not billed to Ins

I have noticed lately that we are getting a lot of "unsent" procedures that are showing up on the procedures not billed to insurance list, but when I check them, they have been sent. Any thoughts on why this is happening? we are running 5.6.30

I would suggest upgrading to version 6.0 and running the database maint tool. Or if you want to fix the issue manually, go into the edit procedure window and look for extra estimates from old insurance plans. Delete them.
