Auto Notes improvements

I thought this would be a good thread to start for input to the programmers on how to improve the Auto Notes.
First, thank you Jordan for the new text box prompts in ver 6.4. I downloaded this beta version on my home computer because I was anxious to see the Aunto Notes improvement. This is a huge step in the right direction and should make this more user friendly.
My first suggestion = can we get an option to choose more than one response for the answers after the prompt? Sometimes two or more choices are more appropriate than one.
