what does " ! " in red mean on the appointment ? thanks

The black "I" that normally appears for patients with insurance changes to a red "!" when there are procedures completed without an insurance claim attached. It does this on all family members if there is someone that needs a claim and goes away as soon as it is done.

It is a really easy way for you staff to keep on top of the insurance claims in real time! You will never be late or forget to send claims again.
