I would like to suggest a Name Label Button be added to OD. This would help those offices with charts. A small button in the appointment module next to the "next/find appt" button would help to print label for new patient chart.

that is already in the account module in the "Chart" label button in the lower right side. The other one prints a label for your x-ray holders (or whatever else you might want to label.)
