what are these parts of od for and how do you use them?

is any one using the following parts of OD and I just cant figure out the thought behind them

1. messaging, doest seem to work very well?
2. accounting? why not just tie it to quickbooks as an option?
3. payrol time clock? seems like it should integrate with adp or paychecks or qbooks to be really useful?
4. terminal and terminal manager?
5. questionaire?
6. mobile sync?
7. Lab tracker?
8. inventory?
im looking for guidance on how to properly use these features

1. We use the light buttons, but not the messaging so much. We tend to use tasks for messaging.
2. Because I hate hate hate QB. When doing a reconcile, it should let you put whatever you want for starting and ending balance. Also, by having it integrated, the deposit slips and cash payments all flow in automatically. Also makes it cheaper for offices and less programs to maintain.
3. Love it. Of course, since we use a payroll service rather than QB, we could care less about integration. ADP integration? ADP provides our payroll services. Are you saying we could automatically upload the info to ADP? I would be very interested in doing this, but did not consider that it was possible.

8. Works ok. Cludgy, but it is nice to have the Supplies Needed list sitting right there inside OD. The whole thing needs an overhaul to work better.
