Patient's signature on accepted tx.

Is there anywhere on the tx plan print out for patient to sign after accepted the tx plan and that patient is responsible to pay in full after tx. completed?
Sure. See the upper left of this page: http://www.open-dent.com/manual/miscsetup.html. You can put a customized blurb at the bottom of your tx plans. You can also edit it for each patient. Just type out how you want it to show. Like this:
I accept this treatment_____________________________
Date____________
Financing terms etc.....
You can do whatever you want with this section of the tx plan. One option after the patient signs is to scan it so you don't have to store the paper version.
