How to get the Source code?

Dear Sir,
How I can download the source code, I follow the steps in the follwoing link "

Our website is opendental, not opendentalsoft. You should be getting an error if you try to access opendentalsoft. Sorry.

i am new on it, i followed the instructions to download source code, but the TortoiseSVN ask me for a user/pass?
the source code is not free ??

No it doesn't. Look at the directions again.
