Misc Errors with 5.1

I'm getting a "Printer not available" error when trying to print a claim from one fo the computers on Version 5.1. Also when I click on "Other appoinment / Schedule recall", the calendar does not jump to the 6 month spot like the older version.

Any Hlpe would be great.

Which claimform? Is it the medical 1500? That's a known bug that will be fixed within a day or two. As for scheduling the recall, did you set up a schedule for the provider yet?

The "no printer availabe" is happening for Dentical claim forms. But on a seperate question:

On previous versions, when printing out the dentical claim forms, I would still need to feed through the printer the stock forms, even though a scanned version of that form is already in Open-Dental. Of course, the regular 2006 forms work aimlessly.

Should I really have to feed through the stock Dentical forms when it's already scannned in Open-Dental?

Yes. That's not our requirement. That's a DentiCal requirement. You could turn on the image yourself, but DentiCal will deny the claim.
