Medical History Sheet - Where are fields?

The Medical History sheet doesn't pre-populate with Patient Info like Medications and Diseases. Was it designed to? I don't see these fields available if I edit the sheet.

We update contact and health history for each patient visit. It'd be nice to print this Sheet for patients to review and sign-off on. Currently we're just asking and hoping something will trigger their memory.

It isn't linked to the database, yet. So, it won't self-populate. I know that Jordan et al have been working on an improved health/dental history. Feature #1268. Personally, I think that is the one missing link to being truly paperless.
