Anyone know how to export the file for monthly statements? We are trying to outsource our statement processing, however I don't know where the file is or how to get it. Thanks

That's the whole reason why we don't currently offer an outsourced solution for billing. It isn't in any particular table. It's dynamically generated from roughly a dozen different tables using some fairly complex math. There are some good solutions to this problem, and we are moving in that direction. But right now, I don't think there's a good way to do it.
